Abrasive Polishing Drum Flap Wheel

Made up of high temper nylon 66 staple, superior abrasive, functional additives, and special glue. They are the

 multi-layers net structure, no rotation direction limit, easy to be used. It's opening structure can anti-high 

temperature,avoid color's change and deformation of workpieces, and have a long duration. They are used to 

remove burl, smooth the edge and angle of the workpiece, decorate special patterns, without using grinding 

liquid. No burn on the workpiece surface, no deformation on workpieces. The continued refreshed surface 

provides stable finishes, having high efficiency and durable for use.

Thanks to the uniform clamping of one or two pieces of hard/soft abrasive cloth in every two pieces of 

non-woven flaps, the cutting force can be enhanced and the deep grain or other impurities can be removed, 

so that the surface of the workpiece with complicated conditions can be polished to keep the same.

Special design for uneven or irregular surfaces of the workpiece, no blockage under the high-speed polishing 

machine(3000/min), no dark points, good brightness, long line brushes finishes, excellent grinding effect,
